• Account data such as name, email address, and encrypted credentials.
• Vault preferences including check-in schedule and release configuration.
• Messages, uploaded files, and metadata you choose to store in the vault.
• Invitation and memorial chat events needed to deliver content to recipients.
• To authenticate users and protect access by role.
• To operate check-ins, releases, and recipient invitation flows.
• To store and retrieve legacy materials inside your vault.
• To send operational notifications and support replies.
We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only with infrastructure providers required to run the service and, after release, with the recipients you explicitly configure.
We use standard safeguards including encrypted transport, access controls, and logical vault isolation. No system can guarantee absolute security.
We keep data while your account is active or as required by law. You may request account closure and data deletion by contacting us.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal obligations.
