Common questions
Only when the rules you configured are met: check-in interval and grace period. As long as you respond on time, nothing is released.
Your vault stays active and private. The next check-in is scheduled according to the interval you chose. All materials remain under your control.
Extra time after a check-in deadline before release is triggered. You set it when creating or editing the vault — it gives you room if you forgot to respond.
Only you while you are active. Each recipient, once the vault is released and they accept the invitation, sees only the items you assigned — not other recipients' materials.
An optional conversation based on material you uploaded to feed the memorial, including WhatsApp exports. It is not the real person or a perfect simulation — the AI should be honest about its nature if asked.
Data travels encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and is stored on secure cloud infrastructure while the service exists. Only you manage the vault while you are active; recipients access only after release and with their invitation. An account export is not a full archive of the vault.
Invite recipients by email before automatic release — you can do that while the vault is still a draft. After a missed-check-in release you cannot add new people. After a manual delivery you can still invite more. When the vault is released or delivered, pending recipients get an email and must accept with the same address you invited.
Yes. Express delivery is optional: choose who gets what and send immediately — no check-in deadline. Express vaults do not use periodic check-ins. After you deliver, you can invite more people or send additional files.
